Always Safe Boutique does not offer exchanges or refunds. Once an order is paid via checkout from your cart, your order is final and we do not offer refunds. If a product arrives damaged or a product is missing you must report this by contacting us within 72 hours after the tracking number states the item has been delivered. Please include pictures of the damaged product in your email. Any damaged items must be returned before a refund is issued to the original payment method.
